Генотипни различия в растежната активност на семената от сортове зимен ечемик

Abstract: В института по земеделие – Карнобат, България е проведено лабораторно изследване на 5 сорта двуреден и 5 сорта многореден зимен ечемик. Целта на изследването е да се установят генотипните различия в началния растеж на сортове зимен ечемик. Сортовете са проучени в лабораторен опит по метода на рулоните. Отчетени са показателите: брой корени (брой), дължина на корените (cm), дължина на първия лист (cm). Върху филтърна хартия от всеки сорт са заложени по 20 семена в 3 повторения. Рулоните са потопени във вода и след 10 дни се отчитат дължината на първия лист, броят на корените и тяхната дължина. Резултатите от анализа показват, че сортовете Захир и Алексан формират най-голям брой корени. Най-малък брой корени формират сортовете Лардея и Божин. С най-голяма дъл¬жина на корена и първия лист са сортовете Кубер и Сиела. Най-малка дължина на корен имат сортовете Захир и Ахинора, а най-малка дължина на първия лист – Лардея и Земела. За подобряване дължината на първия лист добри комбинации се очакват при кръстосването на сортовете Дария, Божин с Алексан, Ахинора. Сортовете Сиела, Земела, Алексан и Ахинора са генетично най-отдалечени от Лардея, Кубер и Захир по показателите дължина и брой на корените. Препоръчително е да се използват за кръстоски с цел създаване на по-добра коренова система.
