Morphological and cultural characteristics of the fungus Phoma lingam

Abstract: Isolates of the fungus Phoma lingam are grown on four culture medium (potato dextrose agar, potato agar, water agar and СMA). Observe the development of mycelium colony and formation sporulation. It was found that the most appropriate medium for growth of mycelium and formation of fruit bodies was potato dextrose agar. Examined are morphological features of the four isolate, as measured conidias and pycnidias of Phoma lingam.
