Evapotranspiration of soybean grown by different irrigation regime
Aleksander Matev, Radost Petrova
Abstract: The experiment was conducted during 2004 – 2006 period in the experimental field of Agricultural University – Plovdiv. The aim of the study was to determine the influence of different irrigation regime on ET of soybean (variety of “Mira”). Following variants were tested: without irrigation; optimum irrigation (100% m); 75%, 50% and 25% m (m – irrigation rate). Meteorological conditions have the biggest impact on ET of no irrigated soybean. The peak of daily ET by full irrigation rate is 4 – 5 mm (first decade of July). About 50% of seasonal ET of soybean formed by irrigation depth.
