Abstract: In the experimental field of the Research Institute of Mountain Stockbreeding and Agriculture- Troyan during the period 2020-2022, the following meadow legume crops were studied: bird’s foot trefoil (Lotus corniculatus L.), hybrid clover (Trifolium hibridum L.), alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.), red clover (Trifolium pratense L.) and white clover (Trifolium repens L.). The purpose of the present research is to make a statistical analysis based on average data on yield, morphological features and quality, and determine dependencies between them. High correlations were found between plant height and crude fiber content (r = 0.88); crude fiber and the relative proportion of legumes in the grass stand (r = 0.77); acid detergent fibers and cellulose content (r = 0.92). These results make it possible to derive regression dependencies between them, which are represented by linear equations and coefficients of determination.
