Проучване на вирусния статус на сортове дюля (Cydonia oblonga Mill)

Резюме: Проучването е изведено през периода 2021 - 2024 г. върху 15 сорта дюля, отглеждани в експериментални насаждения на Институт по овощарство – Пловдив. Проучено е разпространението на вирусите: ACLSV, АSGV, ASPV – което позволява да се определи актуалния вирусен статус на някои сортове дюли. За идентифициране на изследваните вируси, са използвани серологичния метод ELISA и биологичния метод. Резултатите от проведения вирусологичен анализ показаха, че ASPV е доказан в самостоятелна вирусна инфекция при 26.7 % от дюлевите дръвчета (две дървета от сорт Асеница, Хлебна дюля и Кърджали и в по един образец от сортовете Агсанбари, Португалска, Триумф, Тримонциум, Индусбаш, Бриг Биг, Болградска и Ябълковидна). Смесена вирусна инфекция от ASРV и ASGV е установена при едно дърво от сорт Хлебна дюля (1.8%).
