Biochemical and phytopathological characterization on Bulgarian and introduced rice varieties

Резюме: Four Bulgarian and five introduced rice varieties were investigated. The crude protein content and biological value of protein were analyzed. The reaction of estimated varieties toward some pathogens of Fusarium spp. in conditions of natural and artificial inoculation was established. Received results are important for the breeding resistant programs and development of new rice varieties with higher quality of grain.
