Влияние на поливните условия върху стопански показатели при лук

Резюме: Проучена е възможността за дългосрочно съхранение на лук до деветия месец, отгледан в оптимален и редуциран воден режим, при три сортотипа: с бели, червени и жълти обвивни люспи. Установено е влиянието на редуциран с 50% поливен режим върху теглото и добива на луковиците. Общият добив е под 1000 kg/da при трите образеца, като най-високият отчетен добив (967 kg/da) e при сорт Асеновградска каба 5. В края на третия, шестия и деветия месец са отчитани загубите на тегло (фира). При редуцираното напояване са измерени най-високи стойности (30%) от изпарение при сорт Конкурент бял след шестмесечно съхранение. В края на деветия месец стойностите на фирите намаляват и са в границите 16-23%.
