Naked barley best alternative for environmental and clinical nutrition

Резюме: Natural and healthy nutrition dictates the need to diversify the types of cereals. With the development of taste of the world population, scientists from around the world seek to diversify the range of foods. The issue of healthy nutrition, especially for people exposed to diets, requires studying of plant species as an additional sources of food. Naked barley it is good alternative in this respect. The study aims to study the possibility of using of naked barley as food for people and to produce dietetic foods, grains and supplements.
